Meraki MX – Security & SD-WAN

Analysis and design

  • Meraki architecture design (MX, MR, MS, MV, MT, Systems Manager);
  • definition of rollout strategy and configuration templates;
  • support for sizing and license selection.

Implementation and migration

  • Preparation of dashboard configurations (network, policy, VLAN, SSID, VPN, etc.);
  • onboarding of Meraki devices and production launch;
  • service testing and validation (connectivity, Wi-Fi, security, VPN);
  • migration from existing infrastructure to Meraki solutions, if necessary;
  • basic configuration documentation.

Operational management and support

  • Point of contact for reports and requests for assistance;
  • Fault and problem analysis (devices, links, Wi-Fi, VPN, security);
  • Configuration change management (change management agreed with the customer);
  • Scheduled firmware update management;
  • Opening and management of tickets to Cisco support, if necessary.

Proactive monitoring and reporting

  • periodic monitoring of the status of devices and WAN/LAN/WLAN links;
  • verification of performance, saturation, errors, and critical issues;
  • security log monitoring (events, blocks, suspicious attempts);
  • periodic reports on usage, availability, and security of the environment;
  • proposals for optimization and continuous improvement.

  • planning development activities (new locations, new lines, new policies);
  • management and coordination of technical activities;
  • periodic sharing of reports, quality indicators, and infrastructure status;
